Israel’s president launches $10 million agreement for brain research between Hebrew University and institute in Switzerland


In the opening round of a strategic program to establish Israel as a leading player in international brain research, President Shimon Peres was present at the signing of a multidisciplinary brain research agreement between the Lilly Safra Center for Brain Sciences (ELSC) at the Hebrew University and the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland.
